The riot grrrl movement of the 1990s was a call to get loud about the double standards that our culture has for women; refusal to accept the labels that divide us; and to create a revolution through art, words, and music.

The revolution continues today as grrrls get loud about the increasingly concerning issues that impact us.

Haven and I loved reading Moxie together and creating a collage that celebrates what the revolution has taught us: "Punk rock feminism rules, OK?"
